NATHALIE HOULE, nurse
Nathalie Houle, clinical nurse, assistant to the head nurse and interim unit head for the CISSS des Laurentides, is also a student in the Masters of Nursing program at the University of Montreal. Mrs. Houle has worked for more than a decade in CHSLDs, in addition to working in home-based care as a chronic illness case manager. Early on in her academic program, Natalie developed an interest in aging and seniors’ care, in particular, managing behavioral symptoms related to dementia and the use of physical and chemical restraints.
